Flat Folding for Shirt

** For packing use a cartonboard, two clips to keep the shirt folded, one bigger plastic clip to
keep the sleeves in the center, collar cardboard to mantain the collar flat and avoid wrinkles.

1 - Extended the shirt with the back facing up and put the cartonboard in the thin part in
the collar band, the position of the carton board is guided in related with the neck

3 - Fold the first sleeves, make the fold in the shoulder. The sleeves must be parallel to cartonboard
use the bigger clip to fix the sleeves in the center. Fold the sleeves in three in accordion fold,
first in the armhole, then the bicep and the below the elbow. Like the picture below.
4 - Fold to the bottom to the top in 3 part, first fold the first 1/3 of the Shirt. Fix the folding
with the two mini clips.

5 - Put the collar cartonboard below the collar band and the fold the collar

5 - This should be the final folding before put it in the bag.

6 - Put it into the poly bag carefully, make sure that the collar or any part of the shirt isn't wrinkled.
The poly bag must have the print with the warning in the back. It would have glue on the closure.
Place the barcode sticker in one corner of the bag in the front.
