This has reference to the escrow agreement dated 22nd March, 2021 (“Escrow Agreement”) executed
between Sojo Infotel Private Limited (“Company”), Hariom Rai, Sunil Bhalla, Vishal Sehgal, Shailendra
Nath Rai, Axis Trustee Services Limited (“Debenture Trustee”) and Axis Bank Limited (“Escrow Bank”).
Terms used but not defined in this letter shall have the same meaning attributable to them under the Escrow
Agreement.

We issue this Request in terms of Clause 2.4.3 and other relevant provisions of the Escrow Agreement.

In accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement, we instruct you to make the following transfers
