    Mission of the candidate


    _ Ensuring the best possible day-to-day experience for healthcare professionals.
    _ Manage xx people in the Support and Operations team by 2025. Creation of an intermediate
    management level.
    _ Implement processes, tools and structure to scale up and improve efficiency
    _ Monitoring and reporting
    _ Be able to track efficiency and cost control
