Partial Cancellation is not allowed for this ticket.
Any complaints/grievances related to bus journey should be reported to EaseMyTrip within 3 days from the date of journey.
EaseMyTrip shall forward the same to the Bus Operator(s) for redressal. EaseMyTrip shall not be liable to the customer for any
grievance/complaint raised by the customer.
Any amendment to the booking including but not limited to change in name, travel sector, scheduled departure date/time and/or
selected seat is not permitted.
