Regarding shortlisting of candidates after Phase/Stage – II exam and schedule of Interview/Skill Test for various non-faculty
positions – vide recruitment advertisement No.: NIPER-R/2023-24/Recruitment/Non Faculty/IV Dated: 07th July 2023 &
NIPER-R/2023-24/Recruitment/Non Faculty/V Dated: 04th October 2023.
Based on the performance in the Phase/Stage- II written exam conducted on 10th March 2024, following candidates have
been provisionally shortlisted for appearing in the Interview/Skill test. The schedule of the Interview/Skill Test schedule/venue and
list of provisionally shortlisted candidates are given as annexure.

B. Venue for Interview / Skill Test

The Candidates are also requested to note the followings:
1. Email to the shortlisted candidates for appearing in interview / skill test shall be sent separately.
2. The candidates must bring the admit card issued earlier at the time of Written Test along with any identity proof (in original)
issued by Government Authority (i.e, Passport / Voter Identity Card / Pan Card/ Aadhaar Card/ Any Identity Card issued by
Competent Authority) for personal verification during interview/skill test.
3. The candidates should bring all certificates/documents/experience/NOC etc. in ORIGINAL along with one set of self-attested
photocopies of the same in support of educational qualification, experience, category (if any), etc. for the purpose of document
verification, failing which candidates may not be allowed to appear for interview/skill test.
4. The candidates belonging to reserved category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWD) should bring valid category/caste certificate
issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format of Government of India.
5. The candidates appearing in the Interview/Skill Test should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria (prescribed
qualification & experience etc.) dully supported with relevant certificate. If at any stage of the selection process/document
verification, if it found that the candidate is not fulfilling the eligibility criteria or failed to submit the supported document, his /
her candidature will be terminated.
6. The candidates are also advised to visit the Institute website (http://niperraebareli.edu.in/) regularly for any further updates.
