Invite the Project Engineer to come for a


Site Visit.
During site visits, please wear Full PPE such as Safety Helmet,
Clear Safety Glasses, High Cut Safety Boots, and
FIRE RETARDANT COVERALL [COLOR: DARK GREEN].
Failure to comply with PPE requirements, vendors will not be
allowed to participate in the site visit session and will be
disqualified from the quotation or tender process.
The contractor shall take full responsibility for the adequacy, stability, and safety of all operations and
methods of construction under the contract. And shall comply with the Factories and Machinery Act
1967 (Act 139), Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514), Factories and Machinery
(Building Operations and Works of Engineering Construction) (Safety) Regulations 1986, and other
related acts, guidelines, and regulations by the local authorities.
