Business Fair and Art Auction - "Rising Entrepreneurs”

Dear ASIS Parents,

Greetings!

We are glad to inform you about our upcoming event, the Business Fair and Art Auction -
"Rising Entrepreneurs" which is scheduled on 23 March 2024.

The objective of this event is to catalyse the growth of budding entrepreneurs and foster a
vibrant artistic community by providing a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and
showcasing innovative ventures and creative talents. We believe that events like these play
a pivotal role in nurturing talent and fostering collaboration within our community.

Schedule of the event:

Time Activities
9.00am - 10.00am Parents' and students' arrival/Setting up the booths
10.00am - 3.00pm Inauguration and opening of the Business Fair
3.00pm - 5.00pm Acknowledgment, profit computation and dismissal

To avoid incidents of losing money during the fair and to keep accounting efficient,
customised coupons will be used instead of real money for buying items. All booths
and businesses during the fair will not be accepting real money from buyers. (Please note
that these chits will not apply to the Art Auction). Students should shell out 800 Rs. worth of
coupons to prepare them for the buying and selling process. Please forward your payment
for these coupons directly to our school account with details below:

Please send the proof of payment through your child’s form teacher on or before 18 March
2024.

We encourage you to bring your family members and friends to attend our Business
Fair to support our young entrepreneurs. Additional coupons will also be sold during the day
of the event.

Lastly, each division will receive an initial amount of 10000 Rs. to start their business. Details
regarding the share of profits and other relevant information will be shared through the
teachers in-charge.
