Siders is responsible for exhausted bobbins replacements &

removed empty bobbins to be creeled in spare bobbin
holder. Piecing rate per minute should be 18 and whenever
quality persons taking cops for wrapping immediately should
put empty bobbin and gaited.... Breakages rate is 12.0 per
100 spl hours
Spinning Maistry Present available permanent 3 Maistries

For Winders per shift 8 hours

Cop Content - 50 gms
M/C Speed - 1600 mpm

Upto 16s - 15 drums - 75% Effy - 319 kgs
20s - 29s - 35 drums - 78-80% Effy - 617-438 kgs
30s - 49s - 45 drums - 80-82% Effy - 542-340 kgs
50s & Above - 60 drums - 88% Effy - 478 kgs

All the above for per winder / 8 hours shift

General Points
1. All Permanent maistry category in all dept & Permanent Electrician will be removed
2. less than 240 days will be de promoted
3. 10 mins before should be in the dept and not to allow after 10, 15, 30 mins late except other issues like bus / auto repairs & out side traffiics
4. Leave & absenteeism should control
5. Night shift & travelling expenses will be cut off those who are working less than 240 days
6. Increment, Special allownces also cut off like bonus, tours those who are working less than 240 days
7. Management provided uniforms & shoes should wear regularly in all three shifts
8. Daily in all three shifts In & Out time face / finger punching to be done…. 4 time punch per shift including interval times
9. If any one coming duty after long leave days, proper fitness certificate from ESI should submit to the management before attending duty
10. Those who are crossing 45 years, full health check report should be submitted once in 6 months and after verified the management then o
will allow for duty
