3 END STOP ASSEMBLY

3.1 End stop, wire rope hoist (Low headroom hoist, CXT2/CXT3)

When assembling the end stops:

 Make sure that the buffer (1) hits the center of the end stop.
 Check that the end stops (2) stop the hoist at both ends of the crane, not the cable trollies!
 Tighten screws (3) to the correct torque of 45 Nm.

3.2 End stop, wire rope hoist (Low headroom hoist, CXT4, CXT5, )

When assembling the end stops:

 Make sure that the buffer (1) hits the center of the end stop.
 Check that the end stops (2) stop the hoist at both ends of the crane, not the cable trollies!
 Tighten screws (3) to the correct torque of 170 Nm and ensure them with locking nuts.
 Tighten nuts (4) to the correct torque of 70 Nm.

3.3 End stop, wire rope hoist (Normal headroom hoist)

When assembling the end stops:

 Make sure that the buffer (1) hits the center of the end stop.
 Check that the end stops (2) stop the hoist at both ends of the crane, not the cable trollies!
 Tighten screws (3) to the correct torque (M20 170 Nm, M24 200 Nm), and ensure them with locking nuts.
 Tighten nuts (4) to the correct torque of 70 Nm.
