ELECTRICAL STANDARD MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

AL-KHOBAR SEAWATER RO 2 DESALINATION PLANT

I- Tools required: II- Consumables:

1. Air Blower 1. Rags (lint free)
2. Vacuum Cleaner 2. Antistatic brush
3. Multi-meter 3. Dust Mask
4. Complete toolbox (wrenches, Allen, spanners, …) 4. Electrical Grease
5. Torque Wrench 5. Warning Tape
6. Extension cable 6. Elec. Tape
7. Portable Ladder

III- Safety (To be applied as per the type of maintenance):

1. Be sure that the lighting in the working area is enough if not provide extra one.
2. Be sure that the permission to work has been provided and coordinated with process department.
3. Switch off and lock out all power supplying the concerned DC panel before starting the maintenance.
4. Provide Tag-out and Lock-out for the controlling power of the equipment or unit.
5. All associated equipment must be turned "OFF" if necessary.
6. Wear eye goggles if using portable air blower for cleaning.
7. If working on a higher level, provide a safety belt and protect your-self from accidental fall.

IV- Supplier Requirements:

grounding circuits, auxiliary circuits, foundation bolts and the like.
