 ABOUT THE
INSTITUTION
In 2016, Himachal Pradesh signed an MoU with the
Government of India, NTPC, and NHPC to establish the
Government Hydro Engineering College. The college, was
inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 5,
2022. It offers Civil, Electrical and computer science
engineering (AI & DS) branches and operates under a Board
of Governors chaired by the Chief Secretary of Technical
Education in Himachal Pradesh.

ABOUT THE
CONFERENCE
The conference's goal is to bring together academics, scientists, researchers, and business
professionals from a range of fields to discuss the most recent developments in electrical,
civil, and computer science (AI & DS) engineering and its applications in environmental
protection and health promotion. The objective of the conference is to offer a forum for
sharing information, concepts, and experiences, fostering teamwork and talking about
real-world possibilities and struggles in the area. In addition to keynote addresses by well-
known figures and invited speeches, there will be oral and poster presentations of
provided research papers on a range of subtopics.

SUBMISSION
GUIDELINES

The abstract should be in MS-word format, Times New Roman Font, title in Caps and
Bold, Author’s name in bold & addresses italics. The name of the presenting author
should be underlined. All the text should be in font size 12 with 1.5 spacing and should
not exceed 250 words. Abstract format is common for both oral and poster
presentation. Poster size dimensions are 48×36 inches. Kindly mention clearly whether
the abstract is for oral or poster presentation. Please send your own work and novel
analysis as abstract and these will be reviewed. Proper referencing of data is essential.

For poster session during the conference, you can bring your posters with proper
formatting of title, author affiliations, main text, figures, reference, and
acknowledgement of funding if any. Highlight the main outcomes of the work. The
presenting author’s name should be underlined. Selected abstracts would be invited for
presentation. Only registered participants can submit the abstract and register for poster

ABOUT BILASPUR
Bilaspur was the capital of a state of the same name founded in the 7th century, also known as Kahlur. The ruling dynasty were
Chandela Rajputs, who claimed descent from the rulers of Chanderi in present-day Madhya Pradesh. The town of Bilaspur was founded
in 1663. The state later became a princely state of British India, and was under the authority of the British province of Punjab.
Bilaspur became a separate state of India under a chief commissioner, and on 1 July 1954, Bilaspur State was made a district of
Himachal Pradesh state by an act of the Indian Parliament. When the Sutlej River was dammed to create the Govind Sagar, the historic
town of Bilaspur was submerged, and a new town was built upslope of the old.
