GUIDELINES FOR ICT TRAINING 2024

1. The training will be from Monday 19th Feb- 4th March 2024. Participants will however be
granted one week to finalize and submit the assignments/Activities (Last day of
grading15th March 2024)
2. Training will be done through the CEMASTEA Learning Management System (Portal)
3. It will be online with both synchronous and asynchronous sessions, but it will be mainly
self-paced (Participants learning and doing assignments at their own time and pace).
Facilitators will mainly be guiding.
4. Participants must do at least 90% of the activities/assignments to qualify for
certification.
5. Certificates will be automatically issued electronically after completion of the course
6. All participants will register in the portal and then self-enroll themselves for the course
they are taking with the guidance of the facilitator. Key will be given for enrolling.-

7. Participants should register with OFFICIAL names as will appear in the certificate
8. Participants will be given money for bundles and incidentals by their CTCDC
9. They will be given half (3000) during training and the final balance (3500) will be paid
only after doing all activities and finishing the course.
10. The main Virtual platform for synchronous session will be zoom.
11. Participants should ensure they are member of their respective cohort whats app groups
for ease of communication.
12. Confirm their email account and verify that they are working and ready before the
training.
13. The community of practice ( Whatapp group)should be active beyond the training
14. Participants to do the pre and post evaluation of the training course and the sessiuon
evaluation at the end of the every unit.
