SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR CONTRACT OF THREE YEARS

Subject: Technical Estimate for 'Rate Contract for Engagement of Third Party Inspection Agency (TPI) for the job of Supervision, Inspection, Verification, Certification, Vetting and Measurements of works
(awarded to construction agency by IOCL) as per Work Order, Schedule of Rates, Scope of works, Technical Specifications, GCC, Safety Practices during construction, Quality Assurance Plan, BARCHART,
Approved, makes, etc. complete pertaining to development of new A site Retail Outlets (ROs) and modernizations works at existing Retail Outlets (ROs) such as complete raze & rebuild, B to A site conversion,
providing Sales Building/Kiosk, providing pre-engineered structural steel canopies, driveways, etc. under Punjab State Office (Having Seven Divisional Offices at Amritsar, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Sangrur,
Chandigarh, Shimla & Jammu situated in 2 states i.e. Punjab & Himachal Pradesh and 3 Union Territory i.e. Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh).

Locations: Various Retail Outlets & Construction Sites Under IOCL Punjab State Office (Having Seven Divisional Offices at Amritsar, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Sangrur, Chandigarh, Shimla & Jammu situated in 2 states
i.e. Punjab & Himachal Pradesh and 3 Union Territory i.e. Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh).

A Development of new A site Retail Outlets / Raze & rebuild of existing ROs / B to A site conversion of ROs, etc.

Supervision, inspection, verification, certifications, vetting and measurement of all required materials & works as per Work Order (awarded
to construction agency by IOCL), Schedule of Rates/ Bill of quantities, Scope of Works, Technical Specifications ,Construction drawings, GCC,
Safety Practices, Quality Assurance Plan, BARCHART, Latest & relevant IS codes of Practice, Best construction practices of OilIndustries,
relevent CPWD specifications, adhering to Labor Laws, NHAI approval, PESO approval, Local Statutory approval,DM-NOC, Approved makes,
etc. complete. Item salsoincludes, verification of material invoices ,material test reports/ certificates ,approved makes, field tests reports,
dispatch clearance of fabricated & pre-engineered structural steel canopy/ other works from factory/ workshop of contractor (which may be
located any where within Punjab State office and neighboring states), arranging joint sampling, submission of samples at approved labs,
examining laboratory tests results and implementing corrective measures, etc. complete. Job also includes reporting to concerned IOC
1.00 Official/ Engineer and concerned contractor on receipt of the callup PO for work details and scheduling of activities. Inspection reports,
instructions issued and measurements jointly signed with contractor shall be submitted to contractor at site on the same day & copy of the
same shall be dispatched to IOCL immediately after each visit within three days from the date of inspection. Development of new A site RO
includes construction of various facilities such as RCC framedstructure/pre-fabricated Sales Building, Electrical panel room ,prefabricated &
pre-engineered structural steel canopy, Asphalted/ CC Paver Block/ RCC driveways & approaches including deckslab (ifany), Boundary/
Retentionwall, Drainagesystem, Electrifications, Illumination, under ground product storage tanks, product piping, dispensing pumps, Air
facility, Bore-well, Water harvesting system, RVI Elements (Monolith/ Unipole, Canopy/ Sales building Fascia, Spreadres, HMS, etc.) etc.
complete & allied works. However details of developmental works shall be as per Work Order (awarded to construction agency by IOCL ) &
Construction Drawings provided along with Call up PO.

Job is required to be carried out from Resident site Engineer on full time supervision basis.
