Offer Letter

Dear Mr. Vikash Gautam,

It is with pleasure that we welcome you to Dataviv Technologies on a probationary role as our
Flutter Developer internship. Your responsibilities for the role will include working on
software primarily relating to your skill sets.

The date of beginning of association will be 11th of September 2023 the start of our
association. The notice period will be 30 Days. The letter supersedes and any previously
issued letters are void. The salary will be CTC Rs. 5000 per month for the first three months
and then we will reevaluate based on your performance.

Certain confidential details about structure, data, technology, Client Data, Client Names,
procedures, functioning, and more will be disclosed to you during our ongoing coordination
which should be protected by you, and kept in strict confidentiality not disclosed to anyone
without prior permission from Dataviv Technologies. All content created by you for the
company will be owned by Dataviv Technologies, and kept in strict confidentiality and not
reused or shared with any other entity or organization.
