DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is made and entered into this _____ day of ________in _____________, by and among:

Prince Rockwell Money Changer Corp. with an office address at 49 Annapolis St., Greenhills, Sanjuan City,
represented by its Corporate Secretary RALF VINCENT B. FRANCISCO (SELLER)

- and –

Eduard Bingco, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and with postal address at 7A St. Anthony Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon
City(BUYER)

WHEREAS, the seller is the absolute and registered owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly
described as follows :

Series Vega Force Color Blue

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid motor vehicle and the BUYER is willing and able to purchase
the same under the terms and conditions set forth hereunder;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos(P68,200.00),
the SELLER hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS, by way of an absolute and irrevocable sale, unto
the BUYER the above-described motor vehicle under the following terms and conditions:

1. The contract price is exclusively for the payment of the motor vehicle only. All taxes and expenses related
to the transfer shall be for the account of the BUYER.
2. The motor vehicle shall only be released to the BUYER upon receipt of full payment of the contract price
by the SELLER.
3. The sale of the motor vehicle is exclusively on an “as is where is basis.
4. The SELLER warrants that the motor vehicle is free from any liens and encumbrances and shall defend the
title and rights of the BUYER from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.
5. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto executed this instrument on the date and in the place first above
written.
