Purpose cool กิ่วๆ

The purpose of this independent study is to understand the challenges and discrimination faced by
LGBTQ individuals in sports, particularly transgender athletes. Historically, LGBTQ individuals have
been marginalized and punished for their sexual orientation and gender identity, with many forced
to hide their true selves and denied certain rights. Despite some progress in recent years, many
LGBTQ individuals still face discrimination and bullying, particularly in sports communities. The study
suggests that adding a third, "open" category for LGBTQ athletes would be more inclusive and fairer
to all athletes, regardless of their gender identity. The study aims to promote understanding,
acceptance and compassion for LGBTQ individuals in sports communities.

participants in order to have a representative sample of the population and to have enough data to
be able to draw valid conclusions. The gender of the participants was mixed to find out if it affected
their attitudes on LGBTQ who participate in sport competition. The sample was selected using
random sampling method in order to eliminate bias and increase the representativeness of the
sample.

questionnaires, the researchers rechecked all the questionnaires to ensure that all questions were
answered. Finally, every question/item was analyzed and transformed into numerical data by the
researchers for further data analysis. The data analysis in this study was done through prescriptive
analysis. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed to understand the students’
