DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

I. Direct report
Reports directly to the Country Manger

II. Job description/profile


 Responsible for collecting POS accounts orders from field force team and sending with following
up to the sales team of the distributer
 Following up with the distributer sales team , warehouse and drivers for the cycle of delivering the
orders to POS accounts
 Following up with the distributer account department for the customers' accounts status
 Following up and recording POS expiry and compensation in coordination with the field force
team
 Arrangement the IP of the original samples, the reduced samples at the office for the team and
local activities
 Recording and analyzing the samples consumption of the team of each department
 Extracting different sales and inventory reports from the distributer system
 Filling the requested sales monthly reports and sending upon the dead times
 Following up the quantities and expiry of the original goods and reduced samples at the
warehouse
 Providing sales analysis reports upon requests
 Initiating sell in orders with defined POS accounts through phone and updating them with the
running promotions and new launches
 Monitoring the annual Bioderma inventory of warehouse stores
 Receiving the marketing tools shipments
 Recording, updating and arrangement of different marketing tools
 Organizing providing the team with marketing tools of different activities

1. Pharmacy Activities

 Follow up of incoming calls from these network pharmacists

2. Feedback & Support


Always follow up with the POS for the “out of stock issue”
Monitor the new products and/or new ranges

III. Work related


Microsoft office, especially Excel
Good English level preferable and Arabic is Mandatory
Computer tools

V. Working hours
The Call Center Project has to work from Sunday to Thursday from 08am to 04pm
