AS per ElA notitication, 2005 and subsequent amendment, the proposed project falls under Schedule 7(c)- Industrial estate/ parks
complex areas, export processing zones (EPZS). Special Economic Zones (SEZS),. Biotech Parks, Leather Complexes and
Category "A' thus requires environmental clearance from MoEFCC New Delhi
