Demonstrates understanding of the key concept of axiomatic structure of geometry and triangle
congruence.

B. Performance Standards
Communicate mathematical thinking with coherence and clarity in formulating, investigating, analyzing
and solving real life problem involving congruent triangles using appropriate and accurate
representations.

C. Learning Competencies/Objectives
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
a. Define congruent triangles;
b. Illustrate congruent triangles; and
c. Identify the corresponding parts of congruent triangles which are congruent.
