INTRODUCTION
What is mental health? Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-
being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Every year, we celebrate Mental Health Day to raise
awareness of mental health issues around the world. This year's theme is "Mental Health is a
Universal Human Right, OUR MIND, OUR RIGHTS". Mental health refers to a person's emotional,
psychological, and social well-being. It affects how individuals think, feel, and act and is crucial
at every stage of life. Mental health conditions include depression, anxiety disorders, and
bipolar disorder, among others. Promoting good mental health involves maintaining a healthy
lifestyle, managing stress, and seeking social support. Recognizing signs of mental health issues
and seeking professional help is important. Creating an empathetic and supportive environment
helps destigmatize mental health and encourages individuals to seek help. Mental health should
be prioritized and treated with the same importance as physical health.
