Hi Sir,Good Day!As part of our company’s annual safety program and for the effectiveness in
ourorganization’s emergency preparedness and response in case of fire.We want to raise the awareness
of fire hazards in our workplace and how to act safely in the event of an emergency fire situation,
including selecting and using a fireextinguisher to train all our employees in your fire safety
procedures.We would like to request in your good office to conduct a fire safety seminar as well asan
actual fire and earthquake drill in our premises with 30 participants for the seminarand 300 participants
for the actual fire drill this coming
