RL0, YL0, BL0: Red/Yellow/Blue Lamps(3 ph 415V Incoming Indicator)

WL1: White Lamp(AC240V Control Power Indicator)
RL1: RED Lamp (Heater 1 ALARM)
RL2: RED Lamp (Heater 1 ALARM)
RL3: RED Lamp (FIRE ALARM)
GL1: GREEN Lamp (OA FAN MC STATUS)
RL4: RED Lamp (OA FAN OverCurrent TRIP)

EMG: ORANGE Push Button & Latch (Emergency Stop OFF or ON)
PB1: Yellow Push Button (Buzzer Stop & Shutdown MANUAL RESET)
Buzzer: Buzzer (Sound in case of New ALARM Coming)
TIC-1-1: AHU-1 Return Air Temperature Controller (SET POINT Settable)
HIC-1: AHU-1 Return Air Humidity Controller (SET POINT Settable)
TIC-1-2: AHU-1 Supply Air Temperature Controller (Un-settable)
DIC-1: AHU-1 Supply Air Dew Point Temperature Controller (Un-settable)
TIC-2-1: AHU-2 Return Air Temperature Controller (SET POINT Settable)
HIC-2: AHU-2 Return Air Humidity Controller (SET POINT Settable)
TIC-2-2: AHU-2 Supply Air Temperature Controller (Un-settable)

AHU Control Schematics

The designed condition:

AHU-1/2 Retun Air Temperature: 24 degree C +/- 1 C

AHU-1/2 Retun Air Relative Humidity: 50%RH (14 C dew point) or lower

AHU-1/2 Supply Air Temperature Control Range: 15 to 25 C

AHU-1/2 Supply Air Dew Point Temp Control Range: 10 to 14 C DP

Standard Startup Operation Procedure:

1. Check if the 3 phases Incoming power RL0/YL0/BL0 indicators are ON;

2. Inside the Panel, confirm if all the MCCBs & MCBs are ON;

MCCB1&2, MCB3-11 and MPCB1

3. Mnaual ON on Incoming MCCB0;

4. Set and confirm AHU-1/2 Return Air Temperature & Humidity Set Point;

Return Air Temperature Satndard SP=25 C (15-35C settable)

Return Air Humidity Satndard SP=50%RH(0-100%RH settable)

5. Confirm if any ALARM indicators no happaen;

RL1-RL6

6. Start AHU-1/2 ON by Selector Switch SS5/6；

7. Start OA FAN ON by Selector Switch SS4；

If SS3 is AUTO, OA FAN will be interlocked with AHU-1/2

8. Confirm if SS1/2 is AUTO;

If Electrical Heater shall be stopped, trun OFF SS1/2

Then,

Return Air Constant Temperature & Constant Humidity Control must work;

Standard Shutdown Operation Procedure:

1. Start AHU-1/2 OFF by Selector Switch SS5/6；

Immidiately Heating, Cooling & Dehumifying Control will stop

But OFF Delay remains for 10 minutes in order to prevent Heater from Fire

2. Confirm if AHU-1/2 are completely stopped;

3. Switch off all the MCCBs and MCBs if needed;

In case of Fire Alarm Signal coming

All AHU-1/2 and OA FAN will Immidiately stop;

The shutwon condition will be kept;

In case of pushing Emergency Stop

All AHU-1/2 and OA FAN will Immidiately stop;

The shutwon condition will be kept;

In case of New alarms coming

Buzzer will sound and continue sounding till pushing the PB1 for a second

Procedure of Recovery from Forced shutdown due to Fire & EMG stop

Even if Fire signal is gone and Emergy Stop Button Latch is released, AHU-1/2

and OA Fan cannot be resumed;

Confirm if all the AHU-1/2 SS5/6 are OFF;

Push PB1 button for more than 10 seconds, and all the forced sutdown

condition will be reset;

Then,

Go to Standrad Startup Operation Procedure;

Proportional Band: 5%RH(5%); Integral Time: 300 sec
MV output: Reverse Action
Modbus Device ID: 2 and 6
TIC-1/2-2: Supply Air Temperature Controller PXF9AEY2-1VM00
PV input: Duct Insertion Temperature& Dew Point Temp sensor (HTY7905T1P00)
PV Range: 0 to 150 °C (Pt100)
Set Point(SV): 15 to 25 degrees Celsius changeable due to TIC-1/2-1 MV value
Proportional Band: 5 degree Kelvin (3.3% of Range)
Integral Time: 120 seconds
MV output: Reverse Action (when temperature is higher than SP, MV is 0%)
MV:0-50% is Cooling; MV:50-100% is ReHeating
RUN/STANDBY Interlock is done by DDC Controller Judgement
RUN AND Conditions: AHU-1/2 ON; AHU-1/2 STS; AHU-1/2 No Alarm;
AHU-1/2 Velocity Pressure ON; AHU-1/2 Heater No Overheat; No Forced Shutdown
Modbus Device ID: 3 and 7
DIC-1/2: Supply Air Dew Point Temperature Controller PXF9AEY2-1VM00
PV input: Duct Insertion Dew Point Temperature & Temp sensor (HTY7905T1P00)
PV Range: -40 to 60 °CDP (1 to 5 VDC)
Set Point(SV): 10 to 14 degrees Celsius DP changeable due to HIC-1/2 MV value
Proportional Band: 5 degree Kelvin DP (5% of Range)
Integral Time: 120 seconds
MV output: Reverse Action (when Dew Point temperature is higher than SP, MV is 0%)
MV:0-50% is Dehumidifying
RUN/STANDBY Interlock is done by DDC Controller Judgement
RUN AND Conditions: AHU-1/2 ON; AHU-1/2 STS; AHU-1/2 No Alarm;
AHU-1/2 Velocity Pressure ON; No Forced Shutdown
