“RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF AS BARANGAY

SECRETARY, BARANGAY , MUNICIPALITY OF ,
”.

WHEREAS, presenting for consideration is the appointment of an eligible and qualified Barangay
Secretary based on the provision of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991;

WHEREAS, on motion by Kagawad seconded by majority of the members,

it was resolved, as it is hereby;

WHEREAS, that the appointee is not related to 4 th civil degree consanguinity and affinity to the
appointing officer/Barangay Chairman; it was resolved, as it is hereby;

RESOLVED, to confirm the appointment of as Barangay Secretary effective

this date;

RESOLVED, that the copy of this resolution is forwarded to all concerned offices and copy
furnished the appointee for information, ready references and files.
