Control method INOVANCE SERVO CONTROL SYSTEM

With specialized synchronized function, when get satisfied pipe size and wall thickness at low speed.
Customer can press the synchronous increase (also have synchronous decrease function) in Siemens
touch screen to increase extrusion speed and traction speed synchronously by percentage.
Traction speed can increase and decrease linearly, also for extruder, the relation between capacity
and screw rotation speed is nearly linear.
This will ensure almost not change in pipe size and wall thickness, only need very small adjustment.
Also, when one of extrusion speed or traction speed reach the maximum, the other speed will not
increase even press synchronous increase button. To lock pipe size and wall thickness.
This function will save material waste, easy for operation.
7.0 Dust free knife cutter, model WXQG63
Feature:
Its structure is beautiful and practical with glass window design. Cutting process is controlled by
PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting.
