Please note the following guidelines:
- If the selected company does not align with the assumptions of the Gordon
Growth Model, you are encouraged to apply the Dividend Discount Model
with provisions for multiple growth periods instead.
- Substantiate every decision you make within your analysis. For instance,
explain the rationale behind your choice of company, the appropriateness of
the Gordon Growth Model for the chosen company, your methodology for
estimating the growth rate and discount rate, and your approach to stock
valuation, etc. Do not confine your report solely to these inquiries; include
any additional information or analysis you believe will clarify and support
your evaluation process.
Presentation:
- Ten minutes for each group's presentation plus an additional five minutes for
questions and responses.

Submission method: Print the essay and turn it in during the fifth week of class
(March 22, 2024). Weeks 5 through 7 are presentation times, and groups choose the
