INSTITUTIONAL OUTCOMES Globally competitive graduates who can perform advanced technological competencies in their field of specialization.
The College of Engineering and Technology shall enhance its programs designed in accordance with the CHED standard to
GOAL equip and produce graduates for Technological Entrepreneurial and Middle-Level Management Skills, which shall globally
competitive.
The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology aims to:
1. Produce competent electrical technology graduates equipped with entrepreneurial and managerial Skills and
knowledge to hasten industrial production activities and conduct industrial – driven researches for the enhancement
of industrial manufacturing of goods and services.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
2. Develop excellent working environment that promotes productivity and efficiency in the industry through
professionalism and ethical values.
3. Enhance Students’ competencies through active networking with industries and other institutions in designing
developmental plans relevant to the current approaches and practices in technology and management.

The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology graduates shall be able to:

1. Apply knowledge of mathematics and sciences to solve electrical


technology problems.
2. Analyze broadly defined electrical technology processes by using
analytical tools that enhance creativity, innovativeness, and intellectual
curiosity to improve methods, processes and system that meet the
industry standards;
3. Design and implement broadly defined electrical system, components,
products or processes to meet specific industry needs with proficiency and
flexibility in the area of specialization in accordance with the global
standards.
4. Apply appropriate techniques, resources and state -of-the- art electrical
technology tools to meet the current industry needs and used this modern
tools and processes to improve and increase entrepreneurial activities
PROGRAM OUTCOMES upholding the safety and health of standards of business and industry;
5. Communicate with diverse groups of clienteles the appropriate cultural
language with clarity and pronunciation, in both oral and written forms,
including understanding and giving of clear instructions, high
comprehension level, effectiveness in delivering presentations and writing
documents and articulating technological innovations outputs;
6. Develop leadership skills in a team- based environment by making
informed decisions, keeping team motivated, acting and delegating
responsibility and inspiring positive changes in the organization by
exercising responsibility with integrity and accountability in the practices in
one’s profession;
7. Practice moral responsibilities of an electrical technologist to manage and balance wider public interest and uphold the
norms and safety standards of the industrial technology profession;
8. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for continuous personal and professional development in broadly-defined
electrical technology and effecting positive changes in entrepreneurial and industrial endeavour.

COURSE OUTCOMES The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology Graduates shall be able to:
1. Recite the VGMO of ZCSPC
2. Determine and Analyze the theory and operation of solid-state devices and control circuits for industrial process;
industrial control application; electronics instrumentation; transducer; data acquisition system, power supply and

voltage regulator.
3. Create and Design circuits using different components applied in industry setting.
4. Apply microcontrollers, photo diode, sensors, and instruments used in industrial application. It includes variable
frequency drives, DC Motors, servomotors stepper motors drives; application of relays logic circuits; and interfacing and
programming.
5. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm by continuous practices related to programmable controls system operation.

This course is designed to equip desired knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable learner to have the basic theory
and operation of solid-state devices and control circuits for industrial process; industrial control application; electronics
COURSE DESCRIPTION instrumentation; transducer; data acquisition system, power supply and voltage regulator. It also covers microcontrollers, photo
diode, sensors, and instruments used in industrial application. It includes variable frequency drives, DC Motors, servomotors
