City, Palawan, herein referred to as the Seller hereby acknowledge receipt
the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P115,000.00)
Philippine Currency from NOLAN EDSEL D. PEÑA, of legal age, Filipino,
single and a resident of Purok Pag-Asa, Liminangcong, Taytay, Palawa,
Philippines herein referred to as the BUYER, as partial payment for a portion
of the said property with an area of 200 square meters identified as Lot
30535-B-23, in relation to the Contract to Sale in Bgy. Irawan, Puerto
Princesa City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein affixed their signatures this
