A. CALL TO ORDER
The session was called to order by Sir Dante S. Dacera, School Principal II of
Pamosaingan National High School.
B. AGENDUM
1. School-based orientation of Deped Memorandum No. 008, s. 2023
C. PROCEEDINGS
The LAC Session started with a prayer led by Sir Rolebert B. Dizon followed by the
checking of attendance by Mrs. Annie Rose L. Bacamante, ADAS II of Pamosaingan
National High School. All faculty and staff were present during the session.
The session focused on Deped Memorandum No. 008, s. 2023 also known as the
“Multi-Year Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System-
Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers” which was facilitated by Sir Douglas E.
Incierto, Master Teacher I. He first presented the RPMS cycle for S.Y. 2022-2023. Mr.
Incierto then discussed the observable and non-observable classroom indicators. He also
presented the suggested means of verification for each objective.
Meanwhile, Sir Dante S. Dacera shared some valuable insights in which part of the
lesson plan the following classroom indicators can be applied. He then set a schedule for
classroom observation for every teacher.
D. ADJOURNMENT
Sir Dante S. Dacera ordered the end of the LAC session at 5:00 o’clock in the
afternoon.
