Rocket Internet is an internet start-up incubator, based in Berlin. Rocket has more than 75 ventures in
portfolio in 50 countries eg. Zalando. Investors include: JPMorgan, Kinnevik. Rocket is known for its speed
and excellence in executing e-commerce business models.

As Global Venture Developer, I joined a small team in Berlin which travels the world kick-starting new
ventures. We start the companies from scratch and as first employees take care of everything: operations,
marketing, recruiting, finance, etc. The company is set up at rocket speed.

As follows, the 3 ventures I launched / helped launch.

Operations Manager - Emeza.com at Zalando.com

August 2012 - January 2013 (6 months)
Head of operations for the launch of EMEZA.com, a luxury fashion boutique, part of Zalando, top fashion
retailer in Europe. I cooperated with Zalando operations managers to create luxury fashion operations and

 high-end customer service, including: warehouse operations, processes, packaging development, product
handling, returns management.

Head of Operations Colombia at Linio.com

June 2012 - August 2012 (3 months)
Linio is the so-called "Amazon of Latin America". I led the project from its creation, setting up the warehouse
in Bogotá and its processes, hired people, streamlined supply chain aiming at building the biggest on-line
player of the country and sharing best practices with my team in the rest of LATAM. Linio is a success story
and has been successfully funded by JPMorgan, Summit Partners, among others.

Head of International Launch at DropGifts.com

February 2012 - May 2012 (4 months)
Dropgifts is a social gifting platform. I was in charge of coordinating the international launch including 15
countries. I coordinated 15 teams of local founders and walked them through the following aspects: legal,
finance, knowledge transfer, reporting, product management and strategy.

took part in some of the success stories of Rocket Internet, then helped grow Number26 and finally built my
own startup in Germany: Delizr.de

Participated in the development of a Strategic Plan for an international Jesuit Institution in Catalonia with
some university colleagues. The project included a strategic turnaround and the allocation of a budget. The
