According to the customer survey the majority of respondents were in agreement that it was a bad idea to

reduce quality to keep prices low while a quarter of respondents prefer to pay more for high quality.
Just 10% of respondents think that it’s better to change supplier in case of price increase.
And only 15% of respondents believe that we shouldn’t increase prices by more than 5% and the same %
of people think that our prices are already very high.
Just 20% think that we can’t pass the increase on to our own customers.
85% of respondents are satisfied with the current level of quality.
The findings indicated that current speed of delivery is on the good level, but customer service is
satisfactory and need to be improved (besides the level of respondents who’re not happy with the current
level of responds to their e-mails is only 22%).
23% of respondents raised their concerns about the current level of price while 72% believed that the
price is satisfactory.
More than a half of respondents were not happy with the product range.
More than 60% of respondents believed that the value for money is good.
The survey also demonstrated that we should consider offering bigger discounts for regular orders over
20 000 EUR. In addition, the survey indicated that the option of maintenance service for all products
doesn’t seem very popular from the customer’s point of view.
