HOW TO APPLY FOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT MY.

KOZMINSKI

1. Log in to my.kozminski (https://my.kozminski.edu.pl/) and select “Study exchange” section from the
applications. If you haven’t requested the access to it yet, please do it now.

2. In the panel of International Exchange, you can:

- find partner universities to which you may apply for the Exchange program,

- submit application for Exchange,

- read articles connected to the application process in KU Knowledge base (Articles).


3. To check the offers of partner universities, select “Partner universities search” and complete the following
filters in order to find all the suitable destinations:

4. If you would like to know offered programs of studies at partner universities together with the levels of studies
and language requirements, click on the arrow:
5. If you click on the name of the record (university’s name), you will see all the information about the institution
together with their brochure, Fact sheet, etc. (in Files section):

6. In order to APPLY FOR EXCHANGE, you need to select “Application for Exchange” section and start
completing your application case:
If you study more than 1 program, you need to first choose the program from which you are applying for the Exchange
and indicate the semester of your mobility (Winter or Summer):
It’s required to submit Motivational letter (addressed to KU International Relations Office describing why you would
like to participate in Exchange program) and CV to your Exchange application:

7. SUBMIT ENDORSMENTS

Your additional activity(ies) for the University must be added to your application here:

Once you complete all the required information, remember to “Save Endorsement” (each time you add one).
Level of engagement:

Low = 1 point for the application;

Medium = 2 points for the application;

High = 3 points for the application

Max. points which can be gathered for Endorsements in the application = 10 (out of max. 100 in total)

You should choose level which you think describes your engagement in the association/club/others – it will be
confirmed or declined by the adequate coordinator.

The only activities that are taken under consideration by the Selection Board are the ones in strict relation to
Kozminski University.

8. ADD LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE(S) – make sure to SAVE Certificate once you add it:

Required language certificate = English

Points for levels of language competence:

B2 = 30 points (out of max. 100 in total)

C1 = 35 points (out of max. 100 in total)

C2 and Native speaker = 40 points (out of

max. 100 in total)


9. SELECT CAMPUSES

In order to select universities that you would like to apply to, find them on the list
and add it to your application by clicking “+” on the correct level of studies (corresponding to your own):

Please, pay attention if the checkbox “Show only campuses where I’m eligible to enroll” is marked or not (if it is,
the system will show only option selected in accordance to your program plan, level of studies and language
competence).

Once you add all the universities (you can select max. 10 program plans), click “Next”. Please remember to place
them in order of your priority (1 = I want to go to the most). Based on the points which you collect during the
application process, the system will appoint you to the adequate university from your list.

In the last step, you will see the list of selected by you universities. Here you can still delete some of them and
change their priorities by clicking on the arrows Up/Down.
10. SUBMIT APPLICATION

Once you are done with completing the application, please make sure to submit it using the SUBMIT
APPLICATION button:

11. In case you are not sure if the application is fully completed, or you are taking under consideration to still make some
changes, don’t submit it until you are sure it’s the final version of your application. You can modify it until the
moment it’s submitted, using the MODIFY APPLICATION button on your case:
12. If you change your mind and decide not to apply to the program at the end, please make sure to submit the
resignation online, using the RESIGN button:

If you are resigning while the application process is still not finished, select the last option as the resignation reason:
