BLK2GO: How to Connect to the Scanner's Webserver

Start/Stop scans remotely.


Download scans.
Download or send overall and individual scan service reports.
Reset the scanner to factory settings.
Reboot the scanner.
Download and update firmware.
QR pairing to the BLK2GO Live app.

To access the scanner's web interface...

1. Connect the scanner to a workstation using the USB-C cable delivered with the scanner or connect to the scanner via WIFI.
2. Open a web browser and enter the following IP address: 10.1.1.1
3. The scanner's web interface Home page should appear as seen below.

Below is detailed information on the available webserver functions:

Home page: Remote Start/Stop Scans


Under Device Status, Status: Ready> Click ‘Start Scan’ to remote trigger a scan (Green LED)
Status: Changing – Initialization (Pulsing yellow LED)
Status: Scanning (Pulsing green LED)
Click ‘Stop Scan’ to remote stop a scan (Green LED)

WIFI page: To pair the BLK2GO Live Android or iOS version you can scan this QR code.

File Upload: if you already stored the firmware and want to upload to your device.
Official Releases: if you want to download the firmware you want to update to and also look into the release notes related to it.

Factory Reset: same functionality as in the BLK2GO live app to reset to factory settings.

Download report: to get locally. It is an encrypted file that you can send to us.

Send report to Leica: Service report will be sent to us as you do with the app.

This section it is unblocked unless R&D is asking to remotely connect to the device for special debugging/ troubleshooting.

Device>Reboot
The device will be rebooted. As soon as the connection between laptop and device is restored, refresh the page and internal webpage will be updated with live info from the device.
