When you set up your 1st project

2. Create your team
Add team ( departments) - Put in the description and member emails and you will
have one option on the free plan which is membership by request.
- You have to invite people and select a team where you want them to join and
select the project you want them to work on and then add their email address.
- You can select the team and add a project , you will have a template for the
project they will be working on
- you can select the layout now and the privacy
- Under the project you can add task and sections of the project
- Timeline is only available on paid version

Trello
Creating your 1st board
- Click plus button and give a name for the board , this would represent a project
or to do list
- You can select a background and select a privacy
- Create a workflow > Stages is called list in trello > Todo,doing and done but you
can add as many list as possible , if you want to change the order click and drag
- Cards , under ideas you can put in the cards which is also tasks , can also be
dragged and dropped to the sectios
- When you click the cards , you can change the name of the card and put in
description. You can also add a sub task inside the cards section which can track
the progress of the task. You can also add labels which would be same as how you
label your emails. When you click on the color of the label it would show you what
the label is for. You can aslo add a due date which would act a notification . You
can also add an attachment.
- Top right hand corner you can search for cards, filter by labels , as well as due
date. you can select x on the select icon if you want to remove the filter
- Powerups , can provide you more features on trello which are connected app to
trello.
- You can always archive all the done projects and task .

- You can create your Secription and titles for the Groups , you can add groups to

projects and the task,
Projects - Can you also see task and add description to a task , add team meber, to
do list and check list , add attachments. There is also a time , task is created
and put in slash and put in command , you can also put in and set status of the
task , there will be a notification if there is still comments.
- You will be able to see different views , calendar ,table ,board and list

Home screen - You can see agenda on the upper right hand corner of the page and
mentions as well, you can also see a calendar

- Goal can also be created on the home page , can be private and or can be a
workspace, i would show a target and the progress of the goal , you can also edit
what type of target it would be , you can share it as well

checking the task and goals

You will see a feature " Our ADvice" which would show if price would go high or
down but is not always perfect.
- When you click on dates it would show a highlight if the flights will be high or
low.
Flight Google - It would allow you to search depending on your flight needs . They
have price alerts to monitor upcoming travel. you have a toggle where you will
receive an email how that specific flight price is.
- Will not include budget airlines
Momondo - Budget airlines would be included in the search.
Google Matrix - Complicated , do not use for standard tickets.
- Will have options to searches on a more detailed version of the flights
