Air Conditioner

Thermodynamics describes the changes in a system state as

(Temperature, Pressure) that affect equilibrium. There are many
applications that discuss the thermodynamics as the Air
Conditioner. Its working principle is based on some laws of
Thermodynamics as (Combined Gas Law), When pressure on a
gas increases, its temperature also increases (Gay-lussac’s law).
Air Conditioner cools the room without creating cold air which
applies 1st law of conservation of energy. Air conditioners transfer
heat from the inside of a surrounding to the outside. As 2nd law
states concepts of entropy in a system, The Air conditioner allows
flow of heat from high entropy system to lower entropy system. Air
conditioner is a closed system that circulates refrigerant to transfer
heat. Using a thermodynamic cycle called Refrigerant cycle that
changes pressure and state of refrigerant to absorb or release
heat. The refrigerant absorbs heat from our homes and send it to
.the surroundings

Air conditioner undergoes

refrigeration cycle 4 processes:
compression, condensation,
expansion, and evaporation using
refrigerants as (HFCs) and carbon
dioxide. The compression is
external pressure from outside to compress the refrigerants (gas
state), then the condensation where gas changes into liquid, The
expansion of liquid causing drop of pressure and temperature to
cool, then evaporation where liquid turns back into gas by
absorbing the heat from the room, so it cools down.
