toothbrushes reduce waste and are actually anti-microbial. A bamboo-based
toothbrush eliminates unnecessary waste while giving you the same quality of
cleaning that a plastic brush can offer.

Initial financing 300,000 pesos, this will cover the new place, store, materials,
salaries for the first month, machinery and other furniture and equipment

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ToothBam brush is made of bamboo that are fully biodegradable and can be used
for other creative things around your house once you have finished using it. Our
shop provides a customized brush with your desired design, name, logo or anything
else that can be put on it. We also offer a personalized toothbam brush with a
replacement head and case. Our ToothBam Brush is durable for long-term use. This
Tootham Brush has soft bristles that are gentle on the enamel and gums, eco-
friendly and BPA-free. Bamboo toothbrushes are better than plastic ones because
they're made out of a compostable material. As I mentioned earlier, bamboo is a
fast-growing plant that's also biodegradable/compostable at the end of its life. This
creates less waste overall.
The business is expected to invest in machinery, equipment ,furniture ,labor costs
and especially in facility. Our minor costs will be limited to supply purchasing,
shipping, and product delivery cost. We do have plans to expand the business
through franchising and partnerships.
We have identified the 4 main keys to our success. First to ensure our toothbam
brush is soft-bristled toothbrush, cleans your teeth, affordable, eco-friendly and of
high quality. Choosing a strategic location with good visibility and foot traffic to
attract customers. By promoting our toothbam brush through social media and local
advertising. Lastly to ensure the cleanliness of our facilities and especially in our

The proposed business location for the Hola bites store will be at Baranggay
Asinan poblacion near at St.James School Inc. in subic, zambales. Our largest target
market is students or teenagers people (50%) and the second target is young adults
(50%) that will surely avail our products.
Our marketing strategy is through social media that will surely attract
costumers, by different design of bamboo toothbrush and creating an interaction to
have a loyal customers. ToothBam Brushn will surely attract customers by signage,
social media, flyers, and word-of-mouth advertising.
The start-up costs it include the machinery such as bamboo, toothbrush machine,
proofing cabinet and other machine also it include the designs and equipments,
store bulding and furnitures. In addition, ToothBam brush anticipates the need for
operating expenses, unforeseen expenses and to help cover wages for the first three
months of business.
ToothBam Brush shop has forcasyed a modest growth rate for the first year of
business. In the second year if the company has achieve it goals we will hire another
employees for expanding our business and in the third year we offer a alliances.

you buy the bamboo replacement head that has 4 pieces
inside it will cost Php 250, the bamboo toothbrush
holder small size is Php 180 and the big is Php 210. The
customized design will cost Php 30-60 , it depends on the
design. This is the affordable bamboo toothbrush that you
can buy because this products makes sure to keep your teeth
healthy because of it’s soft-bristles. This bamboo toothbrushes will last 3-4
months. With proper care, our ecological bamboo toothbrush will last just as long as
a conventional plastic toothbrush.
