INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses JALIL B. CONCEPCION of the crime of

Murder, committed as follows:

That on 14th day of February 2023, at around 9:00 PM in the City

of Cotabato along Notre Dame Avenue, the accused then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously with intent to kill, attack, assault
and use personal violence with the attendance of treachery upon one
JUAN DELA CRUZ, by then and there three (3) gunshots were fired at the
back of the victim inflicting upon the latter mortal wounds which were
direct and immediate cause of his death thereafter.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
