DIVISION CONDUCT OF THE QUARTERLY PORTFOLIO DAY FOR
SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024
To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendents

Secondary School Heads
All Others Concerned

1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 22, s. 2023, re: "Conduct of the


Quarterly Portfolio Day for School Year 2023-2024," this Office, under the
supervision of the Curriculum Implementation Division, hereby announces
the schedule for the Quarterly Portfolio Day for S.Y. 2023-2024 as follows:
1st Quarter - November 11, 2023
2nd Quarter - February 10, 2024 3rd Quarter -
April 20, 2024, and 4th Quarter - June 1, 2024.

2. The schools or districts are empowered to reschedule the activity if the need
arises. However, this shall not be held earlier than the schedule set by the
division.

3. The following suggested activities may be included as part of the school's


conduct of Portfolio Day:
a) Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback Giving;
b) Showcase of Learners' Outputs and Performances; and
c) Distribution of Learners' Progress Report Cards.

4. The Districts are required to upload a single picture-narrative


accomplishment report per district to https://bit.ly/
SY20232024PortfolioDayReports on or before the specified dates. Please
ensure that each district submits its report as follows:

1 st Quarter November 15, 2023


2nd Quarter - February 14, 2023
3rd Quarter April 24, 2024, and
4th Quarter - June 5, 2024.

5. The Division Portfolio Day Monitors and the Portfolio Day Monitoring Tool are
attached herewith.

6. The participants of this activity who travel or render services on the days
that fall on weekends and holidays can avail of the Service Credits, CTO, or
COC equivalent to eight (8) hours of service per day whichever is
applicable per DepEd Order No. 67, s. 1988 and CSC Memo Circular No.
09, s. 1988.

7. Expenses relative to the conduct of the above-indicated activity are charged to local funds subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Parents are happy to be able to hear feedbacks from the teacher
about their child’s performance and status especially their reading and
numeracy level. Through this activity, they were able to know the
academic performance of their children.
