3.) Electrical power and water to be provided by client.
4.) Any changes/revision shall be considered as change order.
5.) Quotation based on initial instruction ONLY.
6.) This quotation will serve as contract if conformed.
7.) Mobilization and entire project construction schedule should respect and follow gov't Covid-19 related safety protocols and restrictions.
8.) We shall not be held liable for any delay in the completion of the installation caused by force majeure, acts of third persons, and /or failure on your part to perform your undertaking under this quotation.
