I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of my Sangguaniang Barangay Members and
constituents of Barangay #14 Binsang, to formally request of cement to use for concreting of
Barangay road.

As you are aware, the road is uneven, needs to be flatten and be concreted and will be easier to the
farmers to transport their harvest. The success of this project relies heavily on the availability of
essential construction materials, particularly cement and sand.

Given the importance of this endeavor, and it’s potential to benefit our community, we kindly
request your support in the form of granting our request of cement and sand. Your contribution will
only help us advance this project but also make a meaningful difference in the lives of those will
benefit for its completion.

We understand the demands on your resources and appreciate any assistance you can provide. It is
possible to fulfill this request , please let us know the process for obtaining the request, including any
