A resolution Requesting Hon. IRVING B. DASAYON, Mayor of the municipality of Pinukpuk, Kalinga to
source out funding for the Construction of a Multipurpose Building/Office at Malagnat National High
School, Malagnat, Pinukpuk, Kalinga.

WHEREAS, Malagnat National High School, the largest Public secondary school in the Northern Pinukpuk
District of Kalinga Division with 14 Teachers manned by one School Head, is responding to the evolving
needs of our educational community and the demand for a centralized hub;

WHEREAS, the "Construction of a Multi-Purpose Building/Office" initiative aims to create a versatile and
modern facility serving as a focal point for various educational and community activities;

WHEREAS, urgent needs include establishing a Multi-Purpose Building for dedicated office space,
alleviating the strain on existing classroom facilities, and providing centralized storage facilities for
school equipment;

WHEREAS, the project will include an interactive planning space for student leaders from different
school organizations, fostering collaboration and efficient learning engagement;

WHEREAS, recognizing the need for dedicated library facilities, the Multi-Purpose Building/Office will
feature a designated library and reading corner to promote literacy and independent learning;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to express our intent to advocate for the "Construction of a Multi-Purpose
Building/Office" at Malagnat National High School, Malagnat, Pinukpuk, Kalinga;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit this resolution to relevant educational authorities, seeking support for
the realization of this crucial project, including an interactive planning space for student leaders;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to communicate this resolution to Hon. Irving B. Dasayon, Municipal Mayor of
Pinukpuk, Kalinga, and request assistance in sourcing funding for the "Construction of a Multi-Purpose
Building/Office" at Malagnat National High School in the amount of Php.1,000,000.00.

community, PTA Officeras and Barangay Local Government Unit of Malagnat, Katabbogan, Taggay, and
Sacpil, have hereunto subscribed our names this 3rd day of December, 2023.
