Scan to Network Folder (Fujifilm Apeos C325z)

1. Install Scan Fax Editor Tool

2. Create folder for Scans on Desktop (Properties>Sharing>Advanced Sharing>”Check”Share this
folder>Permissions>”Check”Allow on Full Control>Apply
Go to Folder properties>Edit>Add “Everyone” on object names>”Check” Allow on Full control>Apply
Go to Folder Properties>Highlight “Everyone”>Close)
3. Open Scan Fax Editor Tool
Right click>New (Machine Address Book)>Server

Name: name of Scan folder

Server type: Computer (SMB)
Server Name/IP Address: PC IP address
Share Name: name of Scan folder
Login Name: PC name
Login Password: PC password
