Greetings!

The Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2023 conducted on
October 30, 2023 ushered a new set of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials. Pursuant to Section
28 of Republic Act 10742 otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of 2015 as amended by Republic
Act 11768, these new set of SK officials- Chairpersons and Members are required to undergo the
mandatory training program - SK Mandatory Training (SKMT) before they can assume office. This
also includes other SK Officials who will be later appointed, the Secretary and Treasurer.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training for the Sangguniang Kabataan

Member of the Municipality of Carmen will be held on November 21, 2023 at the
Chocolate Hills Complex, Buenos Aires, Carmen, Bohol.

In connection, Hon. , as Sangguniang

Kabataan Member of Barangay , Carmen, Bohol, is
among the participants of the said training. As the attendance to the said activity is part of their
responsibility as SK Official, the undersigned as representative of the DILG, would like to request
that Hon. , be excused from his
classes and other school activities that he has missed on the above-stated date.
