2019 – Present Doctoral Researcher, Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati India
• Developed nonlinear finite element models in Abaqus to assess:
• Blast resistance of sandwich structures and optimised for maximum energy absorption
• Ballistic response of sandwich structures and enhanced for minimum back face signature
• Crashworthiness of auxetic cellular structures dynamic compression
• Harmonic and random vibration response of energy harvester
• Tailored user subroutines written in Fortran for nonlinear material models, user defined loads
• Automated simulation processes using Python and MATLAB scripting to reduce the lead time
• Experimental investigation of vibration response and high velocity projectile response of structures
• Employed Machine Learning algorithms to predict emission species evolution and structural properties
• Developed models for auxetic chiral stents and composite materials using Abaqus FE models
Project Works
• Investigated the impact of blood flow on hepatic tissue ablation using computational models developed in
COMSOL Multiphysics
• Developed computational models to predict the equivalent properties of particle-reinforced composites
