I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to;
a. Identify the ingredients, tools, utensils and materials needed in preparing fruit salad;
b. Demonstrate the correct procedure in preparing fruit salad and
c. Observe cleanliness and orderliness during and after the process.
B. ANALYSIS

MATERIALS NEEDED
1. Large Bowl/Container
2. Knife
3. Strainer
4. Wooden Ladle
5. Measuring Cups
So those are the materials needed in preparing
Fruit Salad. We shall now proceed
in familiarizing the ingredients. What are the
ingredients needed class?

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pack All purpose cream
½ cup cheese (cut into tiny cubes-optional)
1 pc. Apple
1/4 kl grapes
2 pcs. Orange

D. VALUES INTEGRATION:
In the laboratory area, it is necessary to observe cleanliness and orderliness before and after you
process food.
Always remember the safety precautions before and after the process in order to avoid accidents
and food contamination.
Measure and follow the correct procedures accurately in order to attain / get the exact taste,
texture, aroma and flavor of the product.
IV. EVALUATION
(Re-demonstration) Students’ Group Performance
Directions: Divide the class into two groups and re- demonstrate the process on how to prepare
Fruit Salad. I will only give you 20 minutes to do your job.
