‫األسباب الموجبة‪:‬‬
‫إ ّن ال ّ‬
‫ظروف والحيثيّات المذكورة أدناه‪:‬‬
‫‪ -‬ضرورة العودة الطبيعية إلى دورة التعليم والتعلم الطبيعية ‪،‬‬
‫‪-‬إحتواء إنتشار جائحة كورونا ‪،‬‬
‫ظمة الصحّة العالميّة بالعودة إلى الحضور الكلّي داخل المدرسة مع األخذ باالعتبار التباعد االجتماع ّ‬
‫ي‪،‬‬ ‫‪-‬توصية من ّ‬
‫ي القادم‪ ،‬يبيّن الثغرات في اكتساب المتعلّمين لألهداف األساسيّة والدورات التدريبية التي عمل ويعمل عليها المركز التربوي فيما يتعلق‬
‫ي في بداية العام الدراس ّ‬
‫‪-‬أهميّة إجراء تقويم تشخيص ّ‬
‫بتقصي أي فاقد والتعلم المتايز والتعلم اإلجتماعي اإلنفعالي‪،‬‬
‫‪ -‬الفقدان التعلمي على مستوى المعارف واإلمتالك للكفايات التي يحتاجها المتخرجين في اإلختصاصات المختلفة في الجامعات‬
‫فرضت علينا العودة إلى المنهاج الذي كان معتمدا قبل جائحة كورونا أي التعميم رقم ‪/21‬م‪ 2016/‬والمعدل بموجب التعميم رقم ‪/28‬م‪ 2018/‬مع أي تعديالت ضرورية تراعي‬
‫النقطة الرابعة من األسباب الموجبة ‪.‬‬
