A mixed-use development that will provide new residential housing and commercial space, blending the historic

On Villita St, the two westbound lanes (i.e., one (1) parking lane and one(1) travel lane) will be closed for
approximately 15 months to complete this project. The sidewalk will be closed on Navarro St. in front of the
building. The contractor plans to start renovation of the old CPS Building located at Navarro and Villita St in June
18 DSD/ROW AB Frank Building Villita St S. St. Mary's Navarro St. 06/01/24 10/01/25 24-hrs of 2024. For the project duration, they will close the WB sidewalk and parking lane on Villita St. along their
property line. The WB travel lane on Villita St. may also need to be closed for safety reasons due to poor turning
radius. However, this WB lane closure is still being reviewed/discussed. This project is anticipated to take 15
months

Villita Street, all lanes closed from corner of St Mary's to entrance of parking garage along Villita from July 2024
until April 2026.
