LITERATURE REVIEW

Stress reduces students work rate, reduces ability to learn in class, and causes
lack of concentration in class. This in turn leads to producing poor quality work
and reduces academic performance. Therefore, academic stress has a negative
relationship with students' performance. Academic pressure may come from family
expectations, the ambitious goals students set for themselves, or the demands
placed on them by society at large. Coaches and school administrators may also push

Carrying out the appropriate psychological interventions to improve vitality and
mental well-being is critical. The study was carried out to review the
effectiveness of stress management training on the academic life and mental well-
being of the students of masapang integrated national highschool.Research shows
that academic stress leads to less well-being and an increased likelihood of
developing anxiety or depression. Additionally, students who have academic stress
tend to do poorly in school. This shows how this stress can keep kids from doing as
