    The intent of this letter is to provide a written expression of the


    mutual interest of Mr. Ramon Castro Jr. and Mr. Maximino Toledo
    regarding their agreement on the electric connection through the account
    number 1201208548.
    This is to acknowledge that Mr. Ramon Castro Jr. has fully taken
    responsibility of the electric bill starting August-September 2022 until
    March-April 2023 (located at 9021 Bagtas RD., Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite
    4108) as both parties agreed to it. The closing of the transaction will be
    held starting the month of May in 2023 and Mr. Ramon Castro Jr. is no
    longer responsible to anything up to the following days.
    This is to certify that Mr. Ramon Castro Jr. and Mr. Maximino
    Toledo acknowledges that the transaction has been successfully done!
