"Technogineers is here to assist you in Hands-on learning in the safety and comfort of your own
home." Technogineers offers a service called “PsciLab” that allows students and other end-users to
perform laboratory experiments in the comfort of their home. It will assist them in expanding their
understanding of diverse topics in engineering that require hands-on activities.

These services are made especially for the students who are currently having an online class in
which they are not able to experience those experiments. Some of the schools only provide videos on
how to use it and discuss what to do with those types of equipment.

Technogineers Inc. are here to help students in making their imagination become a reality.
Within the equipment and services offered, the consumers are able to explore beyond what they have in
schools, and they are able to secure safety throughout the experiment.

Key Activities

The Key Activities of Technogineers’ service “PsciLab” includes, Production Process, Problem
Solving and the Process itself. Under Production, we have Research, System Development, Delivering,
and Marketing. In Problem Solving, Technogineers decided to ensure On-Time Services and Free
Training and tutorial for better benefits of the customers and end-users. The Process can be done
through website Interaction as the company also uses social media platforms for marketing.

PsciLab is a service that undergoes Research about education, and its target customers. It is a
system developed to serve its purpose including all the matters to deliver our proposition. Our service is
made to be delivered on a door-to-door basis to provide convenience for the students as well as the other
users. Which directly means that they will experience real-time and hands-on laboratory experiments to
comply with, in a most safe and efficient manner. In addition to that, Technogineers as problem solving-
inclined institutions, they make sure to suffice the needs of the students for their laboratory and make
sure to deliver the service on time, and also, they propose a free training and tutorial to guide the student
to perform in the correct manner.

Technogineers Inc. must be competent enough to provide an efficient solution for these current
pain points. With these, the service will be composed of different professionals that will handle the

Under the Strategic alliances, we have Academic Institutions, Investors, Training centers, and
Courier companies which can mutually benefit our business, PsciLab, while each retains their
independence. The strategic alliances can help the business grow and expand.

Under the Joint Ventures is the Manufacturers. The manufacturers will be the one that can help
for the development of PsciLab .The laboratory equipment, activities, and instructions will be provided
by the manufacturers. The development of the equipment to be provided by the manufacturers will help
the PsciLab to grow and help more students in need.

Under the Buyer-Supplier Relationships, there are academic instructors and engineering
students. A long-term relationship between supplier and buyer allows for the free-flow of feedback and
ideas. Over time, this will create a more streamlined, effective supply chain that could have a positive
impact on both costs and customer service. Through the customer’s feedback, we can improve the
quality of service that we can offer.

service. Under the Personal Assistance, there is chat support and customer service. Chat support is a
common method of support that offers assistance to customers through the use of a messaging app or
online chatbot. Delivered by live agents or through artificial intelligence (AI), chat support supplements
more traditional customer service channels, such as voice or email. Through chat support, customers can
ask their queries and concerns to the live chat agents and guide them to their problems.
Customer service is the support you offer your customers both before and after they avail and use
your products or services. It helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. Offering
amazing customer service is important if you want to retain customers and grow your business. Through
the customer service, customers with problems with their laboratory equipment can be helped and
guided through their activities. An employee/technician will go to their house to check the equipment
and fix it if ever it needs a fixing. A replacement is also available if ever the equipment that was
delivered is defective. Through customer service, we ensure that the customers can fully enjoy our
services.
Under the self-service is the Help and Support Center where it is available in the PsciLab’s
website. The Help and Support Center of PsciLab is designed to give information to pretty much
anything about the PsciLab’s services. Customers can rely on the help and support center for the basic
information and other laboratory study materials that they can use.

Under human resources are the logistic team, technical team, and marketing team. The logistics
team's primary responsibility is to plan and coordinate the delivery of the appropriate services to each
site while providing on-time service to esteemed clients with effective communication. They are
involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing, and monitoring the flow of goods. The technical
team is made up of a group of individuals who will work to advance the company's technological
operations and services. Lastly, by organizing and creating the materials that represent the company, the
marketing team acts as its public face. Reaching out to potential clients, consumers, investors, and/or the
general public is part of its responsibility, along with developing a unified image that favorably portrays
the business.

For the most part, managerial and administrative staff, the office building will serve as their
workplace. A warehouse will be used to store the equipment needed for conducting the lab experiments

Technogineers Inc. consider the following as cost structure, it includes Engineering Laboratory
Equipment which can be fabricated or bought from specific stores, we also have the maintenance that
costs financial to be attained. Also, in establishing such a company or business, Technogineers Inc. has
prepared its rightful capital to start the business and make it grow further. Lastly, the company also
considers Delivery Services as their cost structure as it will be used in the system of providing services
to their consumers.
