necessary resources that each agency can provide in a comprehensive manner. Given the wide
range of peer support groups and organizational assistance available, it is strongly believed that
these are the most effective supportive agencies.

agency techniques across a variety of different commercial sectors. To address societal and
community issues in a coordinated manner, social partnerships require the participation of
multiple groups working together. The purpose of this study is to investigate the logical
components of communities from the perspective of highlighting the role of community in
fostering collective action and building resilience.

The strengthening of social workers' resilience and well-being appears to be a priority for
organizations that give support, according to studies. Opportunities for agency that improve
resilience can have a variety of effects on both the private sector and the public sector, depending
on the challenges that are being faced. Based on an analysis of the variances in organizational
oversight, caseloads that have undergone an increase in numbers are differentiated into several
categories.
